It was in decimal days. I was a phone jockey for Potters on the floor of the Melb Exchange when Poseidon heralded in the nickel boom, and then became an operator for Randalls yelling at those clever chalkies. My Dad took the plunge with me. I made enough to buy a Fiat 124 Sport, and he paid off his mortgage. We both stayed out of Tasminex ... good thing too, eh!
In the current era, the equiv is NEU and IMU. Happy to be realatively heavy in both.
