The script read is what I prefer, It means hes staying on point and saying what hes told with out the hype and dream building. What I do like is that the starter plant can also be used to make other products for the other potential customers.... Like I said if they are confident of the PEPR going through they should order the longest lead item right now ! He said the starter plants design was finalised. If they are that confident to buy the land they they should be confident to place an order for the long lead item.
