You are 100% on the money here @tinhat, in my view anyway. I follow companies like this as a cautionary tale; you've always got to be on the lookout for these sorts of behaviours in your own stocks. Basically, they've departed from the DFS after only four months (blaming it on global events that were already well-known/understood when the DFS was released), without revealing what the revised attributes of the projects look like in economic terms. If it was difficult before to place a reasonable valuation on the company, it's impossible now. And it's still apparently worth $192M.
