Reasonable questions and you also pose the dilemma they may have by changing the numbers.
IMO JM and the Board certainly believe they will meet the DFS numbers if not exceed them which was the plan.
I have spoken to a few people on commitment phobia lately.
Now that we are essentially out of COVID impacts, I have noticed many people stall on decisions for all manner of unknown reasons and on all manner of circumstances be they personal, business or commercial. IMO ADN got sick of waiting on BOAs and want to get the project moving forward. Are some off take partner playing games for a better deal? Likely. I think the ADN team is smart enough to see it and in one possible scenario are saying we are going to production and not waiting for anyone playing games.
IMO a HRM offtake will set things right again as we wait for the PEPR.
