The reason i invested was because of statement made back in feb. Saying blm expected in 1st quarter 22 which was fessed up to having been made .!
now the wording has shifted to close but avoided a timeline to that this time when probed....but again like the confidence in feb back up with all hus years of experience we will get.
the interesting part was about talking to stakehoder after blm which i would have thought was or are requirements to get approval.l in the first place. Seems by those word little pow wows have neen held.
