Some investors are just being cautious sidetrack and water can spook some that are less risk adverse or lacking the knowledge to understand the significance of the latest and previous announcements .Had they articulated the announcement a little bit better there may have been less panic or was it a tree shaking opportunity by the smart money.Whatever the case all will be confirmed in a weeks time.
