I haven't gone into the links and won't until I want to pay. However I'm a bit surprised with this bit from the announcement:
".. the number of New Shares that you wish to apply for based on the parcel amounts listed"
The nature of rights issues means that you are frequently entitled to an obscure amount. Or maybe that comment is only regarding shortfall applications. Dunno. I'm sure it will be clearer when I go into it.
