I don't work for IVZ, and I've been holding for quite some time. I'm just sick of posters like yourself who are under the illusion that they know everything. If you genuinely believe in the company, and you're watching their activity, then the timing of the CR is irrelevant. You've just stated that after the drill they were low on cash which I agree with, so why is getting more funding an idiotic decision?

They need funding when they need it, not when its convenient for you. Looking at your stance, any attempt to raise funds that doesn't put more shares in your portfolio is a catastrophe and Scott should be banished. The reason behind the recent raise/placement has been pretty clear as to what the funds will be used for, and by your own admittance it was inevitable. If that isn't enough to satisfy you and you think incompetence stems from having to pay for things then I'm shocked that you've managed through life this far.

As a side note - if you're going to reply and then report my comment again, at least make your response somewhat coherent.
