Pretty much doesn't look like a formality to me as this should have been signed off a year ago if it really was.
Zimbabwe could screw IVZ for anything now and the company would probably still accept it what is the alternate option for it its as its not a major with multiple project around the world that can just walk.
Different IF they had partnered with a major before coming to this point in time ?
