From my assumptions of what I have seem it has probably allowed the company to get rid of any tax selling before releasing the news.
They seem pretty shrewd and I would much rather have these people so willing to sell out now then when the announcement drops.
I have been assured many times that it will be out in June.
At my best uneducated guess I would say tomorrow.
If you wanted to sell for tax reasons today would be the day with settlement etc.
Eyes on the prize here imo.
