It did close on Tuesday. The registry then has to wait for all the funds to clear and settle. We got absolutely slammed with applications - much more than historical SPPs for similar companies
$VEN opened an SPP on 16 December for $2m. They got $3.4 by 16 Jan close
We had $3.4m in less than 24 hours of it opening

I also asked about scale back being around 50% and he said that is close to correct (no actual amount mentioned). They have also instructed Link to allocate the shares ASAP but out of Scott’s hands now.

thanks that's good, and i hope we never hear of the 1st come 1st served crap they were serving up, what a debacle, and i know some of you still don't get it, but it is totally illogical
