Small discount to VWAP and perfectly timed IMV with the MC over 120m as current the dilution impacts are fairly minimal. Heavily oversubscribed shows interest as well.
Fully funded to BFS completion and everything in between.
No more cash required until we're looking for 50m USD odd to build the commercial production plant.
Very happy, was the only prevailing short term concern IMV.
