I don't understand how these Directors can put their names to this announcement?!?

The announcement states that it is the 'number one real estate portal' 4 times through the announcement....then 2 x 'leadership position' and 1 x 'market leader' and 1 x 'clear leader'....it's almost like if they keep repeating the statement that it becomes true!

A quick web search that took all of 30 seconds shows they are clearly not the leading platform in Thailand...

Not only are they purchasing a website that is not the clear leader, its getting trounced by PropertyGuru' site. I continue to seriously question the governance of IPP, this reminds me of the assets they brought in the early days, claiming to be buying shares of market leaders in India and Phillipines only to never hear about them again (apart from where they were written off in the accounts!).

It might be a good purchase for the group, but just don't drink the coolaid these guys are serving!!
