The problem with ILA is BG owning so much of it that it is untouchable - nobody with half a brain is going to want to rescue ILA and have BG do what he did with RAC. Anyone looking to cornerstone the next raise would need BG to escrow his shares for the next 5 years and I doubt he will be willing to do this. It is now up to BG to put his hand in his pocket and rescue ILA.

I don't quite understand super rich people. If I were BG and not happy with current ILA status, why not use his power to remove current management?

Maybe he wants SP to fall so he can buy more and do privatization?
