How can Vulcan Energy come straight out of left field with a deal to supply 5,000 tonnes of lithium hydroxide to LG by 2025 & 10,000 tonnes the following year when our company has been working on Off Takes for the last 2 years with only 1 small deal to date??
Its SP has gone from 23c last year to high of $14.20 in January 2021 (currently $9.07 - MC $986m). On a market cap basis we are not that far apart (INR = $723m) but WHY are they winning & announcing deals & we are not????
From the article in today's AFR (page 24) they have way higher capex that we do ($1.6b just for phase 1) which must make inr much more attractive to investors
