    re: Ann: Issue of 5 million Convertible Notes... Yeah this looks strange, I don't think the directors fully disclose the condition of the deal. Why spending more money to drill if you know you only get 300M for it, unless they will get more if the drill result better? and the deal off if the result not improve? Or are they fishing for a bigger deal?
