I believe some similar antics were discussed at the BHD AGM earlier today.
Things like emailing the cosec of JBFG and receiving a reply like "You need to email the cosec of JBL on that matter."
Never mind the fact that the cosec's of the two companies are one and the same person. Clearly a delaying tactic.
