Dazza.. mate I don't think its about lending the money to them its more of an investment.. imo and as already annt and publicised the first one will be likely Tinjian, building is already there.. don't be surprised if one or two local big corps are vying to be involved, and being a major tourist attraction the local government also.. I think we'll see more detail in the coming weeks as it draws closer..

Also Jermaine has many big contacts in the Arab countrys.. he lived there or over 5 years, married into Afghan Royalty and J5 have many concerts there at full capacity.. This should all be taken into account.. Oh and one more thing Jermaine is the main push behind this..
