Yes that is my concern. It's a monty for a T/O and I'm sure the big boys currently active in Peru (BHP, Rio Tinto, Barrick gold etc.) are aware of its resource and tenements. We do not want a T/O at these prices. Maybe in 6-12 months but not now. Luckily Silver Standard Resources Inc. holds > 10% of stock so they have a blocking stake for a compulsory T/O. Nevertheless a major could still acquire 51% of stock and end up controlling the board.
