MLV’s first project is expected to be the near term development of an open pit mine based on the La Demajagua
gold/silver deposit on the Isle of Youth in south west Cuba.
Antilles Gold is managing a Bankable Feasibility Study (“BFS”) for this development which is expected to be
completed in time for a development decision in Q4 20
