Mou's are not worth the paper they are written on . Ask anyone from RLE days I remember when SB announced RLE had a MOU with Western Energy for 5 Petajoules of gas per year . we know where that ended, yet they still include the Windorah gas field as an asset, there isnt commercially recoverable gas there. How long since anything has progressed from there? Hows project Venus going? Wake up guys!
