I would be careful about the number of units sold to each customer, as this could be a flaw in the WAAS model. Potentially when previously a customer just purchased one outright they weren't worried about the amount of work put through the machine as it was theirs. Now no up front payments, just a minimum small monthly fee, so customers could order say two or three and just pay the minimum fees on each, rather than putting the work through one individual machine and getting charged a lot more per meter, as the cost is pretty much the same. More cost to K-Tig to produce all the machines but not to the customer. This might not be the case but it is definitely a distinct possibility.
