A few questions that need answering:
1. Was missing the payment an oversight?
2. Why have KBC tried to pull out of deal?
Given KBC have a Board representative, the payment - or a lack of payment - should've been well known and if there were problems in paying then these should've been raised well prior to 30 September. Given payment was made, albeit late, so seeing as they're in the business of financing penny dreadfuls and would be cognisant of their cash flow issues, I'm surprised they want to rid themselves of it UNLESS they don't believe there is any path forward that would allow MEL to continue making repayments.
