So being uneducated, why would the directors continue to waste shareholders funds on exploration keeping in mind they are shareholders. Also keeping in mind they can only get their money out by a takeover or full exploration.

It is noteable that they are involved in the standout Bolnisi Gold project of Palmarejo. Wouldn't Bolnisi and therefore the directors rate the company with some substance?

The end result with determine the answer.
