New uranium video, 4:38 minutes long.
Koba said on Friday (see Post #72066886), since early November 2023 it had been in negotiations with Havilah Resources Limited to secure the right to acquire an interest in the Yarramba Uranium Project in South Australia.
Note: Havilah shareholder approval will not be sought because Havilah’s uranium interests have previously been written-down to zero asset value, as such its uranium interests are not considered to be a material significant asset according to the ASX Listing Rules.
