    trying to figure out what triggered the please explain halt, can't see anything untoward, looks fairly clear. Terms are stated.

    Odd that Geonomik approached KOB though, of all the regional players. We can only assume Tanco turned them down already. Maybe they asked for too much and poisoned the well. Or, Tanco already relinquished these tenements.
