Come on man, 10 cents is barely a market cap of 130M.
I would expect PEN to have a pre-raise MC of 200-300M which is about 15-24c with current SOI.
PEN in production ought to be around 400M MC which is ~32c prior to dilution.
What remains to be seen is the mixture of sales, debt and dilution which will ultimately affect the MC.
