Lot of gloom on the thread, maybe some justified.

As we all know U sector is in some sort of revival, but we have a long way to go.

PEN due to UEC issue and production delay has been punished and not has been able to join the "party" which is going on.

I am no expert in PEN or U sector. But have been following U sector very closely for over 2 years. I have also been writing a Daily Report and a Weekly Report for close to 18 months I think. As part of that I do a lot of research in U sector, including General Markets, as I feel that has a significant influence on the sector.

I am more of a numbers person, figures, stats, and most importantly - price action. Like many others, some I get right and others wrong - only try to get more rights than wrongs.

Recently I picked up some PEN shares. My average is 8.8. So I don't carry much baggage, hence my perspective would be different from some who may have suffered. The main two reasons I bought is - U sector is looking to come out of last 18 months, and PEN compared to its peers looks undervalued to me (just my opinion, I could be wrong). Also, when U sector is looking to do well, I would be holding at least 8 to 10 U stocks - my way of managing risk.

This week besides my weekly report, I have also compiled data around rise from 52 week lows to current SP, and market caps. I have used this to make a judgement on PEN who I feel are more advance but lagging big way now to many explorers. Again repeating, I am no expert to valuate, its just my opinion, I could be wrong, so please dyor.

In my writings I have often say that if we look at all stocks in U sector and how they move, its more like a horse race. Some start strongly, some come back strongly in second half - so in journey they may look apart but more close towards the end. But there will be winners and losers. I am hoping PEN is the one to come back later - may be when the penny drops and U sector is still going in right direction (hoping)

Just my thoughts, please check for yourself, as PEN price action currently is not great and sentiment too.
