    Planned production is now for late 2024 NOT 2025. Obviously that is assuming no more delays.

    PEN has stated that the buyer that signed the off-stakes where understanding and flexible on delivery times so that seems to suggest they will be allowed to deliver these pounds a bit later. Also it is usual to have clauses in this type of contract to protect a miner against delays since they are very common in the mining industry (as I am sure you know!) particularly in non producers without cashflow... If every junior with an offtake that ran into any delays would be forced to deliver, there would hardly be any successful new miners. That is not in the interest of Utilities.

    And yes. Considering the direction and outlook of the Uranium price, time is on any Uranium developers side....
