In this interview (31-08-2023) Wayne was asked about unfulfilled contracts and financing for project.
Contracts- he stated that customers don't want to destroy Peninsula with penalties, they want product.

Financing- "we have some discussions about debt options, including debt sources from US gov".

I bought much at 0.103$. It can drop down further. Tailwind for SP to go up is raising spot market.
