    You are very correct in that LC has the ability to vote the resolutions up no matter what other shareholders want.

    But I am still very interested in hearing from LCE as to why they are voting it down and why they are taking legal advise? Also what action and on what basis is the legal advised required?

    I eagerly await the result.
