The only ones saying A2M should acquire BUB would have to be BUB holders trying to get the share price out of its death spiral. There's nothing value accretive to A2M acquiring BUB. Like literally nothing. A2M has its own problems trying to grow its brand and sales let alone taking on the BUB basketcase.
