    Hi Thrifty Clown,

There is a paucity of information on Covid 19 type vaccines. This will change over the months whilst continued research on vaccine subjects becomes available. We shall see who has the best recognition of T cells ( memory cells ) whilst others may have an antigen response only.

The theory is that the “best “ ones include producing a synthetic gene that makes the body produce a viral antigen that binds to B cells ( B cells find the virus ) , the theory continues that this makes the immune system up to date in recognition of the virus. At present the innate immune system take time to recognise the virus, by that time, Covid 19 has multiplied many times. When the immune system is activated quickly our good friends the T cells especially the cytotoxic ones go to work rapidly as well.

An example is my brother who acquired Covid 19 on the Diamond Princess (Japan ) He was hospitalised with mild symptoms then he may have passed it on to his wife. He was cured, but somehow he became positive again ( I think from the wife, who survived) yet he had no symptoms this time due to his adaptive immunity kicking in. This was early herd immunity at work.

The difference between MPL and a vaccine is that a vaccine does not kill the virus, it helps the body kill it, whereas MPL and Ivermectin do. Covid 19 requires four stages to replicate G1/G2/M and GO. MPL interferes with the cell regulatory protein CDK2 . This stops the virus replicating at G2.

Ivermectin stops the replication at G1.

MPL due to the mTOR inhibition activates T cells as well as igM cells ( these bind to B cells ) plus MPL also activate additional B cells. Theory is that the more T cells that are activated the greater the velocity of activation of the adaptive immune system. The more B cells in the body the more the body can isolate the virus.

In relation to our immunity response over time , what is better a “very good” vaccine ( FDA allows a vaccine if it is at least 50% effective) or a very good cure ?
It’s probably the same, at the moment it’s educated guess work. We need a cure for the people who are ineligible for a vaccine or from a geographical perspective in that it may be difficult for “hill tribes” to be vaccinated, and or your regular anti vaxxers etc.
