This stinks.. I dunno how the company can provide an explanatory notice which says to provide sufficient information to assess the merits of the resolution… when there is bugger all information other than there has been a “disagreement”…
To rub salt into it, no escrow provisions for the free 3.5M shares she wants.. meaning she can dump them as soon as she gets them..
