Consolidation of shares "is not currently on the radar" but will be considered "once the company is on an upward trajectory".
No Council issues at the moment. Once Final Investment Decision (FID) is given then applications for minor works will be lodged and expected to be granted quickly.
No current local objections from anyone in the local community about anything.
Constant and ongoing dialogue occurring with Traxys, Ibero, and state government and federal bodies.
Merricks due diligence was VERY extensive and included discussions with off takers and including Traxys and Ibero. (M's also had access to the BFS of course).
Remaining finance will be a debt / equity mix (as we knew). Cornerstones are still very much a possibility.
Costs for the project have increased here & there but "not materially". All important shipping costs may even have come down overall.
I also very much gained the opinion that one eye is already focussed on Stages 2 and 3.
HPA mentioned in passing (there were no specific questions about it) but still seems to be a central plank looking ahead.
Overall, I thought that there is a lot to be quietly confident about here. One for the baggie hunters.
