Yes a CR is an another option. Under the current proposal instead of putting your hard earned dollars into a CR you will be able to buy more PDN on the market when the company is relisted. The question is what happens to the 98% of the shares they are taking. If they canceled them then that would increase the value of the remaining 2%. Hopefully PDN comes back debt free with cash in the bank so they can continue operations without financial stress.
