Wombat is very correct IMO and I can tell you one thing for sure 043110 - I'll take his very well researched opinion over your "none and not held" opinion every day of the week.
Have you even bothered reading the ANN's or contacted the MD ? - of course not and I can confirm that nothing that Wombat wrote goes against what I have already determined after chatting with people that do know.
