I was waiting until tomorrow to do exactly the same, four months ago and one week to the next presentation. Why I will be attending the next Sydney presentation. Further CF33-hHIS images showing actual human trial data revealing how good is the virus and revealing the tumor organ infection rate progression every few weeks, as well as confirmation of tumor shrinkage and toxicity.
IMO, the Vaxinia Phase 1 MAST trial design both in mono and combination and IV and IT is brilliant. The FDA would have been convinced with the pre clinical data images and toxicity results presented by IMU, to approve such a radical trial design which the professor says resulted in reducing 7-10 years of research work to just 1 year, from May 2022 when the first patient was dosed. Looking forward to further updates on the future blockbuster, onCARlytics CF33-CD19 and the numerous combination studies.
