Unless another offer comes up from another source, this Scheme Implementation will get up for sure.
Management have already ticked it off, Morningstar come out with a report late today saying the offer is overs on their Fair Value and would recommend all holders take up the offer, unless a superior offer surfaces.
So in my opinion this is as good as a done deal unless there are any skeletons in the LINK financials.
I am happy to take this up as well, I will get out of LNK shares with a 20% profit after holding them for a number of years.
