Instos and fund management have accountability to their fund holders and pension fund members, they need to provide a return, just hoping you will get 4 dollars and sitting and waiting is not something they can afford, they also need to weigh up lost opportunity in the market and if waiting for 4 dollars will take a few years they can get a better return elsewhere,
