i think the timing says a lot. After the Woodford scheme was voted on, and the contract MOU. Likewise I think MUFG are far less likely to reneg. So leaning towards waiting it out for the partial franking and with hope of some competing bids. But as yet not completely decided.

I will say I'd been happy with the recent improving performance of the business as well, and was comfortable to hold for longer in the absence of the offer.
