    Cashed up... minoil will probably say too much in terms of the cash levels not giving the directors any urgency to move forward.

    Rosham & Jagger bought $2.8m at 15.6c avg since Feb 23 - 18.7% of the co. Why?

    On the hunt for projects... but this seems an expensive vehicle if they were just intending to vend a project?
