I am work on a plan to give you shareholders a voice into the board.
My thinking is to propose a resolution of 5% 0f shareholders on isssue on the registry or 100 shareholders. This is in the corporations act. The key is the request from those shareholders needs to be give to the company at least 2 months before a meeting. I don't think you as share holders need to request the meeting date.
I am currently looking in you company constitution for that reason.
We did it over in GSR, we got over 5% of holders to sign a resolution calling for the board to "NOT ISSUE SHARES >>>>OTHER THAN FOR WORKING CAPITAL". The resolution is still active I believe.
