So given LVT is growing ARR at 5% I doubt they are going to list on the NASDAQ anytime soon. It may give them time to get their act together, realise the benefits of the recent acquisitions and start to grow ARR.
Any dilution is going to affect management's shareholding as well. FYI, Karl and his partner owe LVT about $1m in legal fees by end of the year.
