Firstly, the pilot plant is 1,000 tonnes not 10,000.
Secondly, the 100kt plant is based off Nickel slag feedstock not the brown coal ash of the pilot plant.
My understanding is the Nickel slag process is a proven version of LMG tech whereas the coal ash is lab proven but not yet done at scale.
Perhaps someone in the know can verify the above?
Am staggered at the muted response to LMG''s announcement.
