I don't quite understand all the reaction today, there's a 9.9% dilution of shares. In this share placement I see some correlation to IDG paying 50c a share. So there's something in confidence by having a major buyer at 50c. However the ongoing value of LNG is based on converting a BTA ( and then FID etc) which must occur in the next two years or there's going to be a CR or similar. I wonder what the share price would have been if LNG had offered a CR at 50c for 56million shares to raise $28 mill from current shareholders? I guess most have assessed that a BTA is more likely over the next year or so. Is there any other way to rationalise the reaction?
