This process includes production testing, appraisal wells, gas sales agreement, development plan and finally development. Some of these processes require govt approvals , environmental approvals etc . Somewhere along the line there will be a cash raise , however, NWE could also debt finance if they have certified proven reserves and a gas sales contract.
This process , in one form or another, follows any oil discovery, and as often is the case the share price softens ,.....unless a takeover offer emerges.
