It is not about the remaining 20% that anyone cares, it is about the 30-40+ % you can save in tax on winnings by realising the loss now instead of 3 to 5 years down the track if ever, big difference. Once the keys are handed to administrators the directors and the CEO will be laughing, enjoying years of wealth milked from FAR. Class action? Maybe ... but who will fund that? Need a good financier and lawyers who will take your payout, if any.
