Reading the underline msg from the announcement, this reward really means the endorsement, support, recognition and recommendation of LYC from the Govt, the note from Amanda also states that there wont be second similar plant in WA/Australia in foreseeable future, seems more support and funding will come from Aust govt and even govt other countries.
