no they did not ask for a pat on the back, somethings should be done not said,.example, me turning up to work, it's expected I be on time,.and I don't expect praise for being on time.
Of course a company.should be a good citizen, but the main game here is to get an operational and profitable mine up and running, out of curiosity are you happy with the timeline the company is working under??
